1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GijiSpot services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

GijiSpot provides AI-powered surveillance analytics through edge devices installed at your premises and a cloud-based management dashboard. Our team handles device installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • AI features are billed per-camera at the listed monthly rate
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
  • Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Edge device hardware remains the property of GijiTech Software

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide adequate power and network connectivity for edge devices
  • Ensure camera placement complies with local laws and regulations
  • Obtain necessary consent for surveillance on your premises
  • Protect your account credentials and API keys
  • Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with edge devices

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all surveillance data generated at your premises. GijiSpot processes this data on your behalf and does not sell, share, or use your surveillance data for any purpose other than providing the service.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% cloud platform uptime. Edge devices operate independently and continue functioning during cloud outages, queuing events for later synchronization. We do not guarantee specific AI detection accuracy rates.

7. Limitation of Liability

GijiSpot is a monitoring and analytics tool, not a replacement for professional security services. We are not liable for incidents that occur despite or due to system alerts, detection failures, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, our team will schedule removal of edge devices from your premises. Access to dashboard data will be available for 30 days after termination.
